Starting out.

The questions we hear before anything else. Book 30 minutes if yours is not here.

Is Androvega just an AI phone bot?

No. It is three parts on one core: AI phone ordering, direct ordering (website, apps, loyalty) and a full Restaurant OS (POS, kitchen screens, delivery dispatch, Connect for head office). Start with one and add the rest later.

Do I have to replace my POS?

No. Orders land on an Androvega order station — a small store box, a kitchen screen and a ticket printer — beside the till you already use. When your POS contract ends, moving to the full Restaurant OS is an upgrade, not a new install.

Can I start with one thing?

Yes — start with AI phone ordering, direct ordering or the Restaurant OS, then add modules when they pay for themselves. Every product is sold separately.

What's included in the order station?

Every plan includes the Androvega order station: a small store box, a kitchen screen and a ticket printer, installed beside your current POS. Hardware is billed at cost and quoted in writing before you start.

Where does Androvega run today?

In our own restaurants: La Ruota, Pizza Garden and Megabite. Every screen had to survive a Friday rush there before it earned a place on this page.

Who is Androvega for?

Independent restaurants and small chains in BC and Western Canada, and franchise groups after that. Pizza, burger, café or quick service: if you take phone, pickup and delivery orders on a Friday night, it is built for you.

Do I have to buy everything?

No. Every product is sold separately and you can combine them. Each product page states Sold separately and Needs, so you can see whether it requires an Androvega POS, order station, customer app, Clover terminal or nothing.

( Questions )

AI phone ordering.

What happens when the AI can't understand?

It passes the call to your store line, so the guest reaches a person instead of a dead end. You can review every call afterwards.

What if the caller has an accent or a bad line?

It asks again, then hands the call to a person at your store. We do not publish an accuracy percentage; the honest measures are calls answered, orders taken and transfers, and you see all three in Connect.

Can it do half-and-half and topping limits?

Yes. Halves, sizes, topping limits, combos and prices come from the menu you already use. It reads the order back before sending it.

What happens after hours?

Calls are answered the same way and the order is taken for the next opening, under rules you set before go-live.

Does it take payment over the phone?

No. Guests pay at pickup or on delivery.

How long does setup take?

{SETUP_TIME}. We load your menu, check it with you, and you forward busy and unanswered calls with one setting at your carrier.

( Questions )

Ordering website & apps.

Do I need a new POS?

No. Direct ordering runs beside the POS you have. Orders print on the Androvega order station in your kitchen, and your till keeps doing what it does today.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. The customer list, order history and loyalty balances are yours. We host the system; we do not sell or share your customer data.

How long does the app take to publish?

The one-time per-brand fee covers the store listings and the build. Plan on {APP_PUBLISH_TIME} from approved build to both stores; Apple and Google review times are outside our control.

( Questions )

Restaurant OS.

Can I move from Toast / Square / Clover?

Yes, at the end of your current contract. We convert your menu and customer list, so you start with your own data, not a blank till. Data conversion is $500.

What hardware do I need?

The Androvega order station (the store box), a kitchen screen, a receipt and kitchen printer, and a screen for each till. We install it beside or in place of your current POS. Hardware is billed at cost and quoted in writing before you start.

What if the internet drops?

{OFFLINE_BEHAVIOUR}

Is it only for pizza restaurants?

No. The Restaurant OS is built for restaurants of all types. Pizza is an important example: halves, topping limits, oven queues and a pizza-maker screen. The till, kitchen screens and delivery tools ring in the rest of your menu.

( Questions )

Shifting, Bond, Social Hub and Text AI.

What is Shifting?

Schedules, a mobile and shared-device time clock, time off, and Canadian payroll files: paystubs, T4, RL-1, ROE and a direct-deposit file. It works without our POS, with its own plans and a 14-day trial. It creates the bank file; it does not move money or remit to CRA itself. Ask us for pricing.

What is Bond?

Guest CRM and marketing: Facebook and Instagram posts with approval, Google review replies, one inbox, campaigns, loyalty and CASL opt-in pages. It is invite-only with no public price. Data comes in by CSV, a read-only database or an API. It is not a one-click connector to a named POS.

What is Social Hub?

Schedule and publish Facebook and Instagram posts, with basic like and comment analytics. It opens from Connect and needs Connect. Ask us for pricing. TikTok, X and Google Business Profile are not built.

Can I take orders by text?

Text AI is in preview: menu, cart, YES/NO confirmation and a payment link by text. It is at Pizza Garden stores with no real customers yet. WhatsApp is not available yet — ask us.

( Questions )

Pricing & pilot.

Why is there a per-minute charge?

AI phone ordering includes 2,000 minutes; after that each minute is $0.15. The meter keeps a quiet store from paying for capacity it never uses. AI phone ordering is priced on its own ($399 monthly or $349 billed annually) and is not subject to the +15% month-to-month rule.

Do prices include tax?

No. Every price is CAD, per location, per month, before tax; tax is added on the invoice.

Is there a long contract?

30-day pilot, month-to-month, cancel at day 30 and owe nothing further. After the pilot you choose: stay month-to-month (listed price + 15%), prepay 12 months (listed price − 10%), or a 36-month term at the listed price. Implementation ($1,000 per location) is quoted before the pilot.

What happens after the 30-day pilot?

At day 30, compare the numbers we agreed on day one: calls answered, orders taken, order value and transfer rate. If the pilot is not paying, cancel and owe nothing further. If it is, you choose: month-to-month (listed price + 15%), 12 months prepaid (listed price − 10%), or 36 months at the listed price.

What does setup cost?

Implementation is $1000 per location for a menu up to 250 items. On-site go-live is $800 per day plus travel. Both are quoted up front.

( Questions )

Canada.

Is pricing in CAD?

Yes. Every price on this site is CAD, per location, per month, before tax. No US-dollar surprises on the invoice.

Do you support Interac, Moneris or Clover terminals?

The Restaurant OS till works with the card terminal drivers we run in our own stores today. Tell us what you have and we will say yes or no before the pilot. {TERMINAL_LIST}

Is the ordering flow available in French?

Menus and the ordering flow are in English today. We do not want to guess at French support, so this stays a placeholder until confirmed: {FRENCH_SUPPORT}.

Bring your hardest order.

Half-and-half, combos, a latte with three changes — we take it on the call.

( Next step )

Let's find where your restaurant is leaking money.

  1. 1A free peak-hour check: we call your store at dinner rush and tell you what happened.
  2. 2A 30-minute demo on your own menu.
