( AI phone ordering )
Your team should be cooking and serving, not stuck on the phone at peak. Androvega answers every call, takes the order from your real menu, prints it in your kitchen, and hands anything unusual to a person.
Example conversation, not a recording.

( Our own restaurants first )
Our own restaurants are where we test the hard calls: halves, combos, coupon codes and delivery zones. Every feature had to survive a Friday there first.

( What it does )
Six things it does on every call. Nothing on this list is a roadmap item.
Takes the order in plain conversation and prints it on the order station next to every other channel. Nothing is retyped.
Sizes, toppings, topping limits, halves, combos, deals and modifiers come from the same menu your kitchen screen uses. No made-up items.
Busy, unanswered and after-hours calls forward to Androvega. Several callers at once are answered at once.
Complaints, catering, anything off-menu or a caller who asks for a human go to your store line. No dead ends.
Answered, order taken or handed off, with what went to the kitchen. The numbers we agree on day one, visible every day.
Pickup time, delivery address and zone check, name and phone. It can send a payment link by text, or the guest pays at pickup or on delivery.
( Hand-off )
The AI is there for the routine calls. A person takes over the moment a call needs one.
The agent transfers the call to the store line. The transfer number is set with you before go-live.
Calls are answered the same way and the order is taken for the next opening, under rules you set before go-live.
Complaints, catering, an off-menu request or a caller who asks for a person go to your team. No dead ends.
( Estimate )
Move the sliders to match a normal week. It is an estimate from your own numbers; nothing is sent anywhere.
Default average order: $38 {TICKET_SOURCE}. "Would have ordered" is your guess; the industry has no reliable number.

Get a free peak-hour call check →Assumptions: staff hours = phone orders per day × share the AI can take × minutes per order × 30.4 days. Recovered sales = missed calls × busy nights × 4.33 weeks × callers who would have ordered × average order. Contribution uses your margin. Not every missed call is a sale. This depends on call volume, staffing, order volume and operating model.
( One flat price )
Billed annually, or $399 month-to-month. CAD, per location, before tax. AI phone ordering is priced on its own and is not subject to the +15% rule.
Hardware is billed at cost and quoted in writing before you start.

It asks again, then hands the call to a person at your restaurant. We do not publish an accuracy percentage; the honest measures are calls answered, orders taken and transfers, and you see all three in Connect.
It can send a payment link by text. Otherwise the guest pays at pickup or on delivery.
Calls are answered the same way and the order is taken for the next opening, under rules you set before go-live.
Yes. Halves, sizes, topping limits, combos and prices come from the menu you already use. The same menu drives the rest of your items, including burgers, sides and drinks.
It does not need your POS. Orders go to the Androvega order station, a small box with a kitchen screen and a ticket printer beside your current till.
{SETUP_TIME}. We load your menu, check it with you, and you forward busy and unanswered calls with one setting at your carrier.
