( Burger )

Combos, modifiers and the lunch line.

A phone that takes the combo with changes. A kitchen screen that fires in order. A kiosk that keeps the counter moving while your team stays on the line.

( The edge cases )

Four things that go wrong at peak.

Lunch does not forgive a retyped combo or a ticket that jumps the line. These are the four places a burger shop loses time.

01

Combos and modifiers, on the phone and in the app

The phone AI works from the menu you load: items, options and modifiers. It reads the order back before sending, and hands the call to a person when needed. The app shows the menu you maintain in Connect.

02

A kitchen screen in order of fire

Tickets land on the kitchen screen as they are fired, labelled by source, so the line works in the order the food has to go out instead of sorting a paper rail.

03

Counter speed with a kiosk

A kiosk takes the order at the counter while your team stays on the line. Card payment on a paired Clover device. Available, not in our stores yet.

04

Repeat customers, through the app

Send a deal or coupon from Connect, then a scheduled push to the people who have your branded app. Apps and push are live at all three of our brands. Push needs the app.

( Before you buy )

What to look for in a system for a burger shop.

Six questions worth asking any vendor, including us. None of them are about how many features a page lists.

  • Do combos and modifiers arrive the same way from the phone, the app and the counter?
  • Does the kitchen screen show order of fire, or only a list of tickets?
  • Can the counter take an order without pulling a cashier off the till?
  • Can you send a deal to app users who have not ordered in a month?
  • Does it work beside the POS you have, or does it force a switch on day one?
  • What happens to a phone order at lunch when every line is busy?
What you need in the store

AI phone ordering and online ordering run on the Androvega order station, which we install beside your current POS. Restaurant OS replaces the till when you are ready. Hardware is billed at cost and quoted in writing before you start.

( Honest proof )

We run pizza restaurants. Not burger shops.

So what does that tell you? The products are not restaurant-type specific; the menu is yours. But we will not show you a burger shop we do not have. What you save depends on call volume, staffing and how you operate.

What is not proven yet

The kiosk is available, but it is not running in our own stores. No burger shop or table-service proof on this page. We would rather say that than borrow a logo.

  • Ready for a burger menu today: AI phone ordering, customer apps, online ordering, Restaurant OS and kiosk. All five are sold for a burger menu today.
  • The apps, online ordering, Connect and Restaurant OS run at all three of our pizza brands today.
  • AI phone ordering is live at one of those stores, not all of them.
  • The kiosk needs a paired Clover terminal. No other card device is supported.
  • No curbside or table-service claims on this page. If your service model needs one, tell us on the demo and we will say yes or no.

( Questions )

Questions from burger operators.

Bring your hardest combo. Book 30 minutes and we will load your menu first.

Do you work with burger shops?

We run pizza restaurants, not burger shops. The five products on this page are not tied to pizza: they take any menu you load. AI phone ordering is live at one of our own stores, the apps run at all three brands, and the kiosk is available but not yet running in our stores.

Can the phone AI take a combo with changes?

The assistant works from the menu you load: items, options and modifiers. It reads the order back before sending, and hands the call to a person when it should not guess. Live at Pizza Garden Fort St John today.

Is the kiosk ready for a lunch counter?

The kiosk app is available and sold today. It runs on a desktop kiosk with card payment on a paired Clover device. It is not yet running in our own stores, so we will not pretend it is proven there.

Do we need to change our POS?

No. AI phone ordering and online ordering send orders to the Androvega order station, which we install beside your current POS. Restaurant OS is the option if you want us to be the till as well.

Can we send deals to repeat customers?

Deals and coupons live in Connect. Scheduled push goes to people who have your branded app, and push needs the app. SMS campaigns are part of SMS & push marketing at $99/mo, with SMS billed at cost plus 20%.

Bring your most complicated combo.

Bring your hardest combo, with the swaps and sides. Book 30 minutes and we will load your menu before the call.

( Next step )

Let's find where your restaurant is leaking money.

  1. 1A free peak-hour check: we call your store at dinner rush and tell you what happened.
  2. 2A 30-minute demo on your own menu.
  3. 3A 30-day pilot on the piece that pays first.
